Please note that you can wear a petticoat with this black lace dress for women, if desired. The top is fully lined, with only the sleeves being made of lace. Unfortunately, the reviewer who purchased the navy blue version in a 3X size was unable to try it on due to the small fit, and had to return the dress. However, the dress is well-made with a full, flowing skirt. The ribbon on the dress is removable, and the white church dress does not have pockets.
